For one of my customers, we are looking for a Network Engineer with strong experience in LAN/WIFI and SDWAN.

Europe (100% remote)

Description:

Activities include:

1. Ticket management


2. Driving troubleshooting sessions


3. Problem investigations and RCA completion


4. Project management for ongoing delivery of services with suppliers


5. Planning and control


6. Technical fault management where needed

This is a mix of a technical role and administration.

The candidate will have a proven background in WAN/SDWAN working with suppliers as a service manager.

Technical skills:

1. SD-WAN and SASE based networks


2. Good working knowledge of LAN/WLAN


3. Good working knowledge of firewalls and cloud protect
   
   - Prisma Palo Alto


4. IP Addressing
   
   - management of IP address pools


5. Good organizational skills and project management skills


6. Team working across multiple diverse/cultural teams


7. Skills in ticket management tools

Can work in both a team and unsupervised is critical.

English is the spoken/written language, but another language is a plus.
