In order to put quality at the heart of the operations and to keep on delivering a first-class service to its clients, Akiem is re-designing an integrated QHSE management system.
This system aims to put under control the key activities of Akiem (maintenance, supply chain, procurement, working conditions, etc.) and to meet quality standards defined for each of them.
A dedicated organization is in charge of measuring quality and taking actions to improve it, in connection with local relays on each Akiem site.
The QualityGroupManager is responsible for the whole Quality System (IMS Tools, key principles, continuous improvement loop) on the Akiemgroup total perimeter.
This Quality System is the foundation for the new Integrated Management System to be consolidated for the Group.
Their tasks are the following:
Support the ambition Promote QHSE culture, standards & Act as referent on ISO 9001 standard groupwide Build & deploy Quality Define global communication policy on quality and Design internal & mandatory transversal Quality Management training structure & kit Follow up execution of trainings with QHSE officers and ambassadors support Monitor the system Measure & consolidate global Quality KPIs (Pillars' results, site certification follow-up,) Prepare & hold Group level reporting committees (QHSE focus during Excom, Audit reporting, & dedicated ad hoc meetings for QHSE at corporate level), with HSE groupmanager Improve the organisation Provide expertise to facilitate gathering & evaluation of quality events Define internal audit guidelines & annual audit program on quality topics at group level Supervise transversal (cross pillar / critical) Quality action plans, as such as planned Audits Decide content for planned audit & propose ad hoc audit when needed Profil :
After a master degree in a quality field ideally, you have a strong experience as Qualitymanager in multi-sites company, in industrial sector.
You have Strong expertise in design & management of QHSE management system, ISO 9001, quality documentation design, diagnosis realization, PMO.
