Key Responsibilities :
Timely and accurate document entry and supervision of products to and from the warehouse.
Responsible for the overall work of the warehouse and day-to-day management of the warehouse tasks, coordination between various functional departments.
Management allocation of all incoming and outgoing circulation transactions in the warehouse, coordination and release of daily tasks.
Responsible for the daily maintenance and finishing arrangements of warehouse products, timely inspection of inventory items and handling damaged products.
Development and implementation of procurement and replenishment plans.
Regular summarizing and writing of various warehouse logistics management reports.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree and above.
Management experience in warehousing and logistics-related areas is preferred.
Familiarity with logistics management business processes.
Familiarity with diverse warehouse management software.
Good communication and negotiation skills, team management skills, independent working ability, ability to work under pressure.
Ability to think logically, be good at summarizing and structuring.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English, Chinese.
