Responsibilities Lead and support clients with their UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) project implementation.
Facilitate complex working sessions for internal and external teams.
Work with a broad range of organizational stakeholders to deliver UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) initiatives.
Create detailed functional and technical design documents.
Configure, implement, test, and support high quality UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) solutions.
Evaluate customers' business needs and contribute to optimizing of the UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) technology.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience implementing UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) solutions.
UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) certified.
Up to date UKG skills and certifications.
Broad knowledge of labour management, HCM, scheduling and leave management products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of labour and information technology concepts and processes.
Flexibility to work in a team and independently.
Knowledge of relevant country's labour legislation.
Preferably fluent in local language and English.
