We are seeking experienced PLC Engineers for a conveyor automation project across multiple Walmart distribution centers.


This involves deploying, commissioning, and supporting conveyor control systems using Allen Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000 V33 software.

• 5 Accugluide Zone Flex Standard Conveyors (312' total length)


• 6 Gravity Conveyors (375' total length)


• 2 V-Belt Conveyors (26' total length)


• 4 ECC/BRB Conveyors (303' total length)


• 3 Ball Transfer Tables

• Conduct testing of CP175 conveyor devices, execute test plans, verify functionality, document results, and deliver reports.

• Validate operational status, perform volume tests, test emergency stops, record videos, and calculate box volumes.

• Resolve punch list items within 4 hours, document resolutions, and provide status reports.

• Update firmware, deploy PLC code, troubleshoot issues, create punch list items, and support system startup.
