As a Paid Acquisition Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with the Head of Paid Acquisition to develop campaign strategies and analyze performance.


• Execute online marketing campaigns across core paid channels with significant budgets.


• Monitor and optimize campaign results to maximize ROI and growth.


• Develop tools and processes to scale campaigns geographically.


• Work with strategy and data teams to inform marketing strategies.


• Manage tools like Google/Microsoft Ads, Excel, GA, Tableau, and Omni.

Success factors include:

• 
  
  - 5 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns.


• Operational expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns.


• Strong analytical skills and understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.


• Ability to deliver results with limited resources and a data-driven mindset.
