The PeopleDevelopmentSpecialist will carry out a wide range of tasks to support the Eviosys HR department, reporting directly to the HR Manager PeopleDevelopment, based in SaintOuen, France.
Your mission in Eviosys Provide a trusted point of contact for global learning and development issues, especially for the Eviosys leadership population.Organise external/internal training courses in line with the peopledevelopment strategy.Contribute to the organisation of the Talent Review process and centrally monitor and analyse action plans.
Provide recommendations regarding internal and external suppliers and trainers.Support the implementation of tools in line with the PeopleDevelopment strategy (e.g.
engagement tool, e-learning tools including compliance).Provide proactive and exceptional support - analysis - in all PeopleDevelopment Department tools (e-learning, engagement tool, compliance).Ensure that employees participate in internal training required to meet legal and compliance requirements, in coordination with the Legal Department.Produce reports, analysis of learning and development activities using agreed HR performance indicators.Create and maintain accurate records of learning and development activities in accordance with procedures.Support the implementation procedures of the HRIS systems in relation to the scope of the role.

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are essential and you'll also have the ability to work quickly and flexibly.
You will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and have previously worked in a people-focused organisation.

You will demonstrate excellent analytical skills (Power BI, Excel) as well as great communication skills.
