Drive the team to further the culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
System and procedures:
Build and communicate the road map and manage the Portfolio of projects using Clarity project management tool.
R and D activity:

Develop and maintain a technical support activity that delivers customer technical support.
Build knowledge of customer products and applications.
Provide appropriate product recommendations; Support customer's new product qualification process.
Facilitate interactions between technical experts across markets.
Strengthen interaction between R and D DG team and Corporate R and D.
Contribute to the development of the scientific expertise of the team.
