The Position
As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving pharmacy engagement and contributing to the broader commercial strategy.
This includes building strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment across teams.
The position also involves overseeing pricing strategies and staying ahead of market dynamics to support business growth and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies and pharmaceutical retailers to support sales and customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategic plans that enhance Novo Nordisk's value proposition in alignment with business goals.

Lead the pricing strategy for pharmacy channels, ensuring favourable terms and adherence to internal policies.

Collaborate closely with cross:
functional teams to secure product availability, delivery efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
:
Average 5:
10 years in sales, marketing, or business development within the pharmaceutical sector.
:
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies and pharmaceutical retailers.
:
Skilled in negotiating pharmacy contracts and pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
:
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide business decisions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
