Our team seeks an experienced Principal Technical Sales & Consulting Specialist to join our Professional and Consulting Services team.


This high-impact role involves consulting with agency customers on product upgrades, implementations, and integrations, while developing and driving strategic directions for a leading global travel technology company.

Role and Responsibilities:



  • Map customer needs to Sabre solutions, creating differentiated value and opportunities for exchange.

  • Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops showcasing Sabre Products and APIs aligned with customer needs.

  • Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with sales and product teams to propose solution improvements that increase efficiency and adoption.

  • Manage end-to-end technical integration consulting processes and coordinate with internal experts.


    Support structuring Web-Service payloads in XML during customer onboarding.

  • Advocate for customers by resolving complex technical issues affecting Sabre product implementation and operation.


    Provide best practice consulting to maximize solution benefits.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:



  • Deep understanding of the travel industry, content fragmentation challenges, and ecosystem.

  • Strong leadership in consultative or collaborative settings to meet business and technical goals.

  • Awareness of financial impacts and ability to recommend solutions considering overall deal impact.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to advise high-level decision-makers on technical and operational strategies.

  • Innovative thinking with the ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives and communicate effectively across diverse groups.

  • Proven technical experience in customer-facing roles, especially in eCommerce environments, with knowledge of GDS and travel APIs.

  • Hands-on experience with GDS products and APIs, including tools like Soap and Postman.

  • Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and Web Scripting languages.

  • Previous developer experience is a plus.

  • Native language and culture preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Additional Skills:



  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability to support multiple clients.

  • Experience in Online Travel Agencies or eCommerce sectors.
