We are looking for a ProcurementAnalyst based in Mérignac.RESPONSIBILITIESCollect and analyse procurement dataAnalyse monthly OTIF reports, compile data and alert the buyers in case of deviationCollect and prepare annual financial analysis and suppliers scorecardSummarize the data related to yearly supplier evaluations from different plants (4 plants)Prepare reports and dashboards to track key procurement metrics (PPV report, forecast, etc.)Prepare the documentation to help the buyers launch tendersCreate and update contracts with Legal, create and update suppliers’ data (contacts, address, etc.) in each ERPs, for all sitesInput suppliers price grids in ERPs for all sites (updates and new SKUs)Collect and review suppliers’ questionnaires, code of conduct, CDAs, etc… and archive them in a relevant system according to sites’ requirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree or Licence, ideally in Procurement or Supply ChainPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in procurementFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)REQUIRED SKILLSStrong communication analytical skillsBuilding templates for data analysis and collectionPractical knowledge of procurement management systemsAttention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasksProficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Excel (advanced)Fluent French / EnglishThis position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to make a significant contribution to the efficient management of purchasing and contracts within the company.
