DSJ Global are seeking an experienced and strategic ProcurementTransformationManager on a permanent basis for a prestigious financial services provider based in Paris.
This role will report directly to the CPO and play a pivotal role in leading an OPEX spend optimization project across multiple countries and business units.
This renowned financial institution is part of a major global group and is recognized for its innovation, stability, and excellence in delivering a wide range of financial services.
The role will focus on mapping and optimizing indirect spend categories-including Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities, IT, HR, Travel, and Office Supplies-while aligning with senior stakeholders to drive cost synergies and secure more favourable contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurementtransformation, ideally with experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a high-impact OPEX optimization project, working closely with the CPO to identify cost-saving opportunities across indirect spend categories.
Map and analyse indirect procurement categories across multiple geographies and business units, including Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities, IT, HR, Travel, and Office Supplies.
Engage and align with senior stakeholders across countries and departments to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of procurement strategies.
Drive supplier rationalization initiatives and proactively manage contract renewal planning to maximize value and mitigate risk.
Coordinate procurement efforts across legal entities and geographies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
Lead multi-stakeholder projects involving departments such as Legal, Compliance, IT, and Finance, balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
Support procurementtransformation initiatives, including process harmonization, digital tool implementation, and change management across the G5 countries.
Monitor and report on project outcomes, ensuring measurable cost savings and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in procurementtransformation, category management, or strategic sourcing across indirect spend categories.
Strong track record of leading cost-reduction initiatives across multiple business units or countries.
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions and geographies.
Expertise in supplier negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and procurement analytics.
Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and procurement governance.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Qualifications:
Background in management consulting or experience leading procurementtransformation projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with procurement tools, ERP systems, and digital sourcing platforms.
Knowledge of best practices in supplier rationalization, contract planning, and change management.
