Your duties:
We are expanding our Product team and looking for a Product Manager (Junior) to help structure and enhance our product suite.
This is a great opportunity for someone with little to no experience in product management to be trained by an experienced team and kick-start their career in a fast-growing LegalTech company.
As Product Manager at Dilitrust, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with our developers and data scientists to design the future of legal software.
What you will do:
- Be the voice of our users – You are passionate about understanding customer needs and believe that talking with users is at the core of a Product Manager’s role.
- Drive meaningful impact – You focus on delivering real value to our customers by solving the right problems, using both qualitative insights and data-driven.
- Shape the product vision – Advocate for user needs during the definition of new features, ensuring that our product remains aligned with customer expectations and business goals.
- Collaborate effectively – Work hand in hand with developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to build the best possible solutions.
- Measure, observe, iterate – Continuously engage with our users to refine the product, lead discovery discussions, and guide the team in prioritizing the most impactful improvements.
Profile required:
Ideally, you have :
- Customer-first mindset:
You are obsessed with user experience and love talking to customers.
- Iterative mindset:
You like to break down a big problem into smaller parts to continuously improve the value of the product.
- Analytical thinking:
You feel comfortable working with data and using it to make informed product decisions.
- Collaboration skills:
You enjoy working in a team, exchanging ideas, and co-building solutions.
- Growth mindset:
You are eager to learn, improve, and take ownership of projects.
- Language:
You are fluent in English; Italian and/or French is a plus.
- No prior experience required!
