The role is equally split with responsibilities ProductOwner and Project Manager :
Activities as Agile ProductOwner of IAM Product Team:
â?¢ Work in close relation with the Business Owner of the IAM-Infrastructureproduct Team, who is in CISO team and based in Amsterdam, and who will provide initiatives from CISO.
â?¢ Work in close relation with the Project Managers of the Move To Cloud program, in order to collect their needs.
â?¢ Understand and collect all initiatives and needs, refine them into EPICS and Users Stories; together with the Business owner and the Product Team, evaluate the business value and the priorities â?¢ Prepare the presentations for the quarterly PI planning events together with the Business Owner and participate actively to these events.
â?¢ Work with the Scrum Master of the product Team in order to have the backload detailed, consistent and followed.
â?¢ Participate to the Security ProductOwners network animated.
Activities as a Project Manager of the IDaaS project:
â?¢ Work in close cooperation with the Business Owner who is also the program manager on IDaaS.
â?¢ Organize the project team on ops side together with the IAM CC manager.
â?¢ Define with the BO the different tasks to be performed, the dependencies, the roles and responsibilities, define a planning.
â?¢ Follow the budget, and make the corrective actions if necessary.
â?¢ Evaluate the risks, the impediments, remediate them.
â?¢ Organize the work with the other teams involved in order to reach the deadlines â?¢ Communicate the progress, risks, impediments to the IAM CC manager.
â?¢ Prepare with the BO the reporting on the progress of the project to the steering committee.
