We are currently supporting a high growth vendor who are market leaders in a number of technology areas including OpticalTransport, virtualization of network services, routers and SD-WAN.
They have been growing 20-25% YoY and have an clear vision to continue this growth over the next 2-5 years through both M&A, new market penetration and technology innovation.
We are searching for a VP ProductManagement to be based in Paris, France, responsible for leading a global team.
Responsibilities Product strategy, including market segmentation, product definition and roadmap management.
Contribute to revenue generation by increasing sales through successful product strategy for the entire organization; including sales enablement, event speaking and company evangelist.
Lead a team of experienced product managers, including very technical and more marketing focused individuals.
Develop product marketing, delivering product related content.
Contribute in evaluations of businesses and technologies for M&A strategy.
Requirements Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate a clear vision and create confidence Be analytical and creative, and possess extensive knowledge in a variety of disciplines such as Telecommunication networks, IP, SDWAN, Cloud, Wan Edge, Routing, information technology.
Ideally, optical network and solutions, DWDM, OTN.
Ability to plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance to organizational goals.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team Demonstrable experience in developing efficient product strategies and business plans Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Passionate customer advocacy, customers facing position Deep understanding of Telecom changing market dynamics Capability to develop a business value proposition and construct a strategy that embraces technical and technological challenges at an international level.
Proven background and expertise in working in a software development environment with knowledge on the Cloud and SAAS markets.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially developing trusted relation with sales organization (from SVPs to sales rep), Customers executives, peers at partners.
