Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of high-value programmes within the Aerospace and Defence sector.
This role involves managing technically complex initiatives across defence, aerospace, or space domains, ensuring delivery is achieved to scope, schedule and budget, while maintaining compliance with all contractual and regulatory obligations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale programmes in secure or highly regulated environments, ideally with exposure to MOD, NATO, ESA, or Tier 1 defence suppliers.
Responsibilities will include programme governance, stakeholder management, risk oversight, and coordination across engineering, commercial and delivery teams.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels are essential.
Applicants should have demonstrable experience in the full programme lifecycle, from bid and mobilisation through to close-out.
Current or prior security clearance is preferred, and candidates must be eligible to obtain clearance where required.
This is a key role within a high-performing team, offering the opportunity to work on nationally significant programmes across the UK and Europe.
