As part of our Learning and Development (L&D) team, you will play a key role in driving business performance and supporting employee productivity.


We seek a customer-obsessed, results-oriented L&D Program Manager to lead core-role training initiatives and leadership development programs.


You will advocate for learners, ensuring their needs influence every aspect of your work.


Knowledge of adult learning strategies for performance outcomes, resourcefulness, stakeholder collaboration, influence without authority, and data-driven decision-making are essential in this fast-paced environment.

1. Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand the goals, challenges, and tools of EU Seller Services employees.


2. Create and manage high-quality learning program roadmaps aligned with business vision and employee capabilities.


3. Prioritize initiatives to deliver the right solutions at the right time.


4. Partner with senior leaders, teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure successful project delivery.


5. Facilitate learning sessions and workshops for internal employees.


6. Enhance training experiences by measuring impact and gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement.


7. Deliver results independently in dynamic, ambiguous settings.


8. Exhibit excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, public speaking, and written communication.

• Experience selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


• Experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce or similar.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes or similar experience.


• Experience identifying trends to improve large-scale technology deals.


• Background in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on new business development.
