Job Description The ProjectEngineer will oversee consulting projects in the following areas:
â?¢ Structural Inspections â?¢ Reserve Studies â?¢ Water Intrusion Investigation â?¢ Property Turnover Surveys â?¢ Concrete Restoration â?¢ Painting and Waterproofing â?¢ Asset Life cycle Analysis (ROI) â?¢ Property Conditions Surveys â?¢ Asphalt Pavement Evaluations â?¢ Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement â?¢ Roof Consulting & Design â?¢ Expert Witness Services â?¢ Seawalls & Retaining Walls â?¢ Building Sciences â?¢ Project Management â?¢ Building Envelope â?¢ (O.A.R.) Services â?¢ Geotechnical â?¢ Environmental Studies Qualifications -BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 4-6 years' experience and registered PE license -Must have experience in a minimum of three of the following areas:
building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades and fenestration -Must be hands on and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc.
