Overview of RoleThe Engineering department is opening a new role of Project Engineering Coordinator to work closely with the Project Engineering Managers and be part of the team responsible for project success.
The Coordinator will oversee engineering reporting, handle administrative tasks, and support technical teams working on projects, reporting to the Discipline Lead and the Project Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports supporting dashboards and KPIs.
- Manage engineering databases and registers (e.g.,
design reviews, deviations, lessons learned).
- Set up and maintain project SharePoint sites and interfaces.
- Support project documentation and action tracking.
- Organize multidisciplinary meetings and engineer onboarding.
- Develop and improve processes using IT tools like Power BI and Teamcenter PLM.
Qualifications
- Experience in project environments.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Visio.
- Effective communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
