Greenvolt Next France is looking for a Project Manager to join the team.


The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of his/her project(s), ensuring the achievement of contractual objectives while maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.

Key accountabilities:

• Study Phase (pre and post-sales):
  
  
  Coordination with the Design Office to ensure accurate analysis of photovoltaic potential and relevant technical solution proposals, supervision of external service providers (architects, topographical surveys, soil studies, utility detection, asbestos diagnostics, etc.) in coordination with the Design Office, Procurement, and Site Manager.


• Development Phase:
  
  
  Initiating, negotiating, and obtaining urban planning permits in collaboration with urban planning services, architects, and the DREAL, monitoring procedures related to grid connection, understanding and implementing contractual and legal conditions, developing project schedules.


• Construction Phase:
  
  
  Acting as project owner representative, supervising specifications and consultation documents, selecting suppliers, ensuring QHSE/Cost/Deadline compliance, coordinating with technical teams and control bodies, organizing plant commissioning.


• Operation Phase:
  
  
  Organizing the operational phase until contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles


• Solid knowledge of the energy market


• Proven experience in construction project management


• Leadership, agility, responsibility, and proactivity


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills


• Willingness to travel


• Proficiency in English
