The conceptdevelopmentprojectleader worksclosely with the corporate departments (product divisions, procurement, visual identity), the drafters and the regional store project managers to develop liaise and implement unique, functional and cost conscious concepts.
The position, reports to the concept and development manager.
Main Task :
â?¢Propose design solutions and principles for the range presentation and concept guidelines â?¢Development and design in close cooperation with the cad drafter and/or exterior ressources of the in house architectural commun base :
shop front, signage, ceiling treatment, lighting principles, signature displays, cash desk; from conception, to technical drawings, testing and prototyping.
â?¢Developement and design of new concepts, from interior design principles to furniture and displays â?¢Conception of FSS, SIS, temporary stores fromlayouts to detailed drawings in cooperation with the cad drafter into 3D and 2D drawings while respecting the agreed schedules â?¢Supervision of all drawings issued from the cad drafters and from the local millworkers in order to achieve a qualitative design within the agreed capex â?¢Communication and hand over to the regional store project manager of all the detailed design packages for each SIS and FSS including lighting.
â?¢Sourcing of innovative and unique materials, reclaimed objects, art pieces representing ChristianLouboutin spirit.
â?¢Refinement of the existing store concepts to bring unique elements and ideas to each store.
â?¢Liaising, teaming with the local teams to elaborate visually strong and functional store designs according to the different retail brief and within agreed capex â?¢Supervision and comitment to the agreed and communicated SKU count according to the rulesestablished with the global store planner manager and visual merchandiser manager.
â?¢Coordinates teh data base for the as builtdrawings with the store project manager of eachregion Profile :
The conceptdevelopmentleader has acquired a strong knowledge of the different aspects of retail store design enabling him or her to take into account and respond to stores with technical or environmental challenges.
She or he has acquired strong communication skills with a solution driven state of mind in order to coordinate and manage the different partners involved in the project and take into consideration different cultural approaches.
