As a the Quality & CommissioningLead, you will be part of our quality & commissioning team and with your technical knowledge & project management expertise you will ensure projects are planned and delivered in a coordinated manner through all levels of commissioning.
You will have prior experience managing high performing teams to achieve excellent and predictable results for our customers.

Manage the overall quality and commissioning teams on various projects in Italy and across Europe within the mission critical sector delivering turnkey MEP scope.
Providing our clients with reduced risk and predictable completion of their mission critical facility in line with the agreed specifications and program.
Responsibility for managing QCx teams across our projects in conjunction with RBU
Responsible for setting up and managing projects in line with the business unit QCx procedures determined by GBU, RBU & customer requirements.
Ensuring all projects are adhering to our business unit safety policies and procedures and providing continual audit and update on same – especially around SSOW, COHE, LOTO and safe energisation.
Manage the technical validation of projects ensuring a commissioning strategy is developed prior to construction and working with all project stakeholders to align to the “north star” of commissioning – scope definition is understood, design reviews, deliverable gaps, providing a clear build strategy to completion.
Work closely with our supply chain partners on the implementation of our rigorous quality and commissioning expectations.
Work alongside GBU discipline specialists to ensure global best practice is being adhered to on our regional projects.
Work with GBU Quality Manager to ensure corporate quality standards are maintained and implemented.
Weekly/Monthly reporting of individual project QCx progress and highlighting any completion risk to GBU and RBU leadership.
Working closely with and directing project teams on closing completion risk in a managed and systematic way
Support talent acquisition teams on hiring and filling open positions ensuring our skillset matches customer delivery complexities and that our open roles for each project are filled in a timely manner.
Work with RBU and GBU teams to identify skills gaps and overcome by outsourcing to the correct specialist such as SAP/AP, load testing, thermography, etc.
Ensure our lean management tools and strategy are implemented in line with GBU standard
Onboarding our Quality and commissioning teams which includes clear R&R and expectations for their individual roles on each project
Develop comprehensive deliverables for each project including quality plan, commissioning plan, load bank and monitoring plans, etc.
Visit our projects in regular rotation each month providing the correct amount of support depending on project stage.
Working with our E&D teams to ensure scope is clearly identified at the start and work through any risk by identifying gaps in our engineering.
Work to develop our teams skillset via training programs and ensure clear targets are set in yearly review

Technical Skills:
Candidate must possess experience and knowledge of installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting & maintenance of heavy commercial/ industrial MEP systems.
Strong Project Management Skills
Must have a strong technical background in commissioning MEP systems.
Attention to detail oriented – with strong quality focus
Power Quality knowledge
Flush/TAB understanding.
Construction completions understanding
Control system integration knowledge – PLC, BMS, SCADA, EPMS
Excellent knowledge on data centre technical systems (MV & LV Switchgear, UPS, STS, Generator, ATS, AHU, Chiller, Fan Wall, Control systems, etc.)
