A French biotech startup is searching for an R&D Director to join them at their site in Paris.
They have recently launched their first product bio-engineered to purify the air in your home so this is a critical hire for them, and is an exciting opportunity to join them and have a huge impact on their products and development.
In this role you will be responsible for the strategy and direction of their R&D, leading a large team whilst stay hands-on.
Requirements for the R&D Director:
PhD with expertise in plantbiology, plantphysiology, plantscience or similar 10 years of experience relating to synthetic biology, specialized in plants is highly preferred Industry experience with team management leading a team of 10 engineers Startup experience - beneficial This role is based onsite in their lab.
