As the Aftersales Receptionist who serves consumers face to face, you should ï¼? Warmly welcome and receive consumers visiting the Huawei Device service center.
Build good relationship with customers soon; 2.
Pay attention to consumers' feelings, provide active services, answer consumers' questions and provide a warm waiting experience; 3.
Comply with privacy requirements and remind consumers to make data backup and delete data.
Protect consumers' privacy; 4.
Show empathy to consumers, explore their demands, and learn about the product failures.
Correctly record the product failures, offer solutions and answer consumers' questions in a timely manner; 5.
Promptly and properly handle customers' complaints.
Maintain the consumer relationship and protect Huawei's brand equity; 6.
Help consumers learn Huawei Device knowledge and usage; 7.
Recommend accessories and value-added services according to consumers' demands; 8.
Return repaired devices and say goodbye to customers in a proper manner; 9.
Collect and pass on customers' suggestions and opinions promptly to improve service and product quality; Requirements:
Experience:
1.
Must have at least one year's experience in customer service and devotion to the service sector; 2.
Must be able to act, judge, and handle complaints flexibly according to the actual condition; Applicants with the experience of working at local leading service providers or mobile phone after-sales service sector are preferred; Working Attitudeï¼? â?¢ Service awareness â?¢ Sympathy â?¢ Patience and carefulness â?¢ Team work â?¢ Friendliness Languageï¼?
