You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure.
Your responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals.
- Infrastructure:
CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing are all handled for you.
- Brand and Marketing:
Operate under a credible, modern brand that opens doors.
- Community:
Be part of a network of like-minded recruitment partners.
This opportunity is for proven recruiters who want more control, ownership, and reward.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment.
- We have built a modern recruitment firm designed for the future.
You will not be burdened by overhead, arbitrary targets, or unnecessary red tape.
