You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals.


• Utilize infrastructure:
  
  
  CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing are all handled for you.


• Operate under a credible, modern brand that opens doors.


• Be part of a network of like-minded recruitment partners.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment.
