You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure.
Your responsibilities include:
Sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals.
Utilising infrastructure such as CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing, all handled for you.
Operating under a credible, modern brand that opens doors.

Minimum requirements:
A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment.
Ability to operate independently within a modern recruitment firm designed for the future, free from overhead, arbitrary targets, or unnecessary red tape.
