Context & Within the Human Resources Service recruitment and Career management and under the supervision of the Head of the Service, you will be in charge of the recruitment and onboarding of ESRF new employees and you will also actively participate in various projects/activities of the Service to the benefit of the ESRF and its personnel.As such, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Recruitment & onboarding:
With the other HR officers you will plan and monitor the activity (annual plan, mid-year review, statistics), you will take care of the whole recruitment process implementation (, job opening, pre-selection of profiles, HR evaluation of candidates, interviews and tests in French and English, salary proposal).
You will make sure that the integration of the newcomer runs smoothly.You will Support and interact with managers, along with the other HR Officers.You will assist the Head of Service concerning GEPP, internal mobility, change management and training.You may be assigned other HR management tasks by the Head of Service.
Expected profile Higher University degree (Master II or equivalent) in human resources management (Master, MSc, DESS Diploma, Licenciatura, Laurea or equivalent)5 years minimum of professional experience in the field of HR activities, including a minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment function and in GEPP and training design and management.Team spirit, structure, listening and communication skills, able to build and maintain effective relationship with Directors, staff, stakeholders and HR suppliers.Proficiency in English (working language at the ESRF) and good knowledge of French.
