Who are we looking for?
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Alpha business in your territory.
Your mission will be to identify and win new target accounts, strengthen relationships with key customers and distributors, and develop new opportunities with existing clients.
You will play a key role in promoting Alpha solutions while providing initial technical support.
Regularly reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, you will share market insights on competitor strategies and customer needs to contribute to the commercial strategy.
What will you be doing?
- Develop a strong communication link between outside and inside organization
- working closely with the Inside Regional Commercial Director (RCD) to set common objectives and actions with regular information exchanges.
- With the RCD, set market strategies for new product lines introduced by Alpha.
- Define general pricing policies within the territory and review regularly.
- Support and execute appropriate distribution strategies and manage key relationships.
- Execute new product introduction strategy and provide key product feedback from the field to the RCD and Marketing team.
- With the RCD, develop formal budget/forecasts.
- Submit monthly report for all territory sales activities in the required format.
- Provide the RCD with regular commercial information regarding competitor activity and price levels.
- Manage market surveys and market share analysis as and when required.
- Make regular customer visits to maintain and develop business and to monitor sales team performance.
- Ongoing development of key opportunities at key accounts
- reporting back progress to RCD on a regular basis.
Who are You?
- Experience in Sales, in automotive, electronic or manufacturing industries.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- MBOs:
Develop relevant individual MBO’s and execute.
- Where appropriate, organize/execute key technical seminars for our sales organization and separately for customers.
- Support all key Marketing projects in the territory (Exhibitions, promotions..

- Cooperate closely with key account & sector management teams on customer projects with mutual interest.
- Assume direct responsibility for all Alpha product sales within the territory.
- Strong communications (reporting, meeting, conference calls, presenting).
- Ability to meet stretch targets.
- Supporting commercial strategies and executing them.
- Developing accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
What competencies will you need?
- Languages:
Fluent in French, good level in English.
- Excel.
- CRM database (SalesForce).
- Problem solving capability.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Work well under pressure.
- Networking (internally and externally).
