About You
- 2 years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition, plus 10 years as a field sales representative.
- Experience selling cloud / SaaS / ERP solutions.
- Experience cultivating relationships with partners and alliances.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish, with a track record of successful revenue and quota attainment.
- Leadership experience in a team-selling environment.Other Qualifications
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying current with trends and customer needs to position Workday solutions effectively.
- Proven experience in coordinating different business units to maximize sales.
- Ability to maintain accurate forecasting data and business models for senior leadership.
