Perform cost studies and prepare bid files in accordance with the DCE and the company's commercial offer process:

• Analyze the company's consultation dossier


• Carry out measurements, develop schedules, and initiate consultations


• Define technical choices, material and human resources, based on a QSE vision that meets DCE requirements and complies with the rules and REX of the Delegation


• Estimate costs for various solutions, respecting DCE instructions and leveraging REX and site information


• Develop a Risk and Opportunity analysis and estimate costs accordingly


• Ensure proper classification, traceability, and formalization according to the Delegation's offer process

• Reporting to the Director / Head of Cost Estimation Department

• Cost estimation officers, project managers, schedulers, etc.

Higher education in construction (Master’s degree or engineering school) OR a BAC+2 in construction with significant experience.

Over 8 years of experience in cost estimation (additional experience in civil engineering works is a plus).
