Implementation of the RetailMarketing Strategy
- Manage the e-retail and trade marketingcommunication plan for specific clients across all product categories (browns and whites goods), in alignment with the RetailMarketing Manager and the Sales team.
- Develop e-retail activities, in-store promotional campaigns, merchandising initiatives, and product launch operations while respecting budget and time constraints.
- Ensure strong and high-quality visibility of the TCL brand at retail points and on clients' websites by making sure that communication materials (e-retail ads, POSM, displays, TV content, etc.) Make strategic adjustments based on customer feedback and market data.
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
~ 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (retailmarketing, trade marketing, or e-commerce) is required.
Strong understanding of retail and e-retail environments.
Ability to implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (in-store, digital, promotional).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluent in English, Chinese will be a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills:
able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external retail partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with retail/e-retail analytics tools is appreciated.
