You join the Chief Operating Office (COO)
- General Secretariat team within the Credit risk department.
On a daily basis, your tasks are:
- Lead and supervise the community of credit risk model owners responsible for rating models and loss given default (LGD) and coordinate while following up on work in progress (preparation of quarterly exchange and training meetings, priority management, etc.);
- Regularly inform about the Manco (summary of work in progress, topics to be prioritized or arbitrated, etc.);
- Monitor the deadlines and content of responses to recommendations issued during ECB missions and inspections on internal models;
- Participate in the bi-monthly points between ERM and credit risk and in the various committees related to models, stress tests, and Risk Appetite.
As risk project management coordinator, you have the pivotal role for relations with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and model validation (Model Risk Management) modeling teams.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

Graduate with at least 10 years of experience in credit risk management, audit, or consulting.
You are proficient in:
- Principles of credit analysis and processes;
- Regulatory requirements associated with credit risk;
- Quantitative scoring and Lost Given Default (LGD) models.
You have excellent relationship skills and a very good listening ability.
You are:
- Very good at analytical and synthesis skills;
- Comfortable with teamwork and cross-functional work.
You are fluent in English with a minimum level of C1.
