Qualifications:
Industry Expertise:
Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, trading dynamics, and blockchain technology.
Leadership Experience:
Proven track record of leadership in a senior executive role, preferably with 3 - 5 years solid leadership experience within the fintech or crypto industry.
Strategic Vision:
Strong strategic thinking and visioning skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and formulate effective business strategies.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing crypto exchanges, AML/KYC requirements, and compliance best practices, especially with respect to The Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA).
Market Knowledge :
Preferably with proven experience in France, Spain, Portugal and or Poland.

Solid financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
