We are seeking to place a Solutions Consultant who is passionate about building solutions based on the Accept, Connect, Orchestration and Inform Payment model.

This model seeks to deliver the core business objective of being the market leader for Trusted Connected Commerce Services.

This is a customer driven role that requires blue-printing solutions for prospects and the solutions we provide.

Below are specific responsibilities and required experience for the Solution Consultant role.Strategic Value and ObjectivesIncrease TNS valuation by working with the sales team to:

Customer engagement with growth and learning for you to gain and conduct in-depth discovery sessions that lead to a solution-based sale of products and servicesProgression to help in the creation of business, functional and technical requirements that demonstrates to the client our ability to deliver these services solutions that meets or exceeds expectations.Support for you to execute on the processes and behaviors that will result in the sales of these new services and the progression to revenue.Learning geared for you to digest and absorb the training materials that help you facilitate the execution of solution design sessions.Skills you will acquire:

Stay well versed in new and emerging technologies to develop new ways to solve client challengesWork with sales personnel to effectively identify opportunities for customised solutions and introduce the solution consultant in specific sales campaignsParticipate on an as needed basis on deal desk calls with strategic account and field sales teams to strategise on the optimal strategy to sell new services within our top accountsBe fully aware of the sales pipelines and assign priorities to have the most beneficial business impactProvide support to the Sales Teams with production of technical proposals for new business customers.

Ensuring that Technical designs conform to current design requirements and where applicable ensure that variations can be met and supportedProvide design and final signoff of new customer proposals to ensure they meet the requirements of both a commercial and operational implicationsProduce Customer Technical designs and functional specification for new customer requirementsOwnership of the technical detail of TNS' services and solutions, maintain regular contact with customers to ensure they are up-dated and fully supported of changes and improvements to the services that will provide benefit to the customer.Liaise with Sales Support and the Products Groups to ensure services can be deployed that meet the needs of the business and the prospective customerEnsure that closed-won services deals are being successfully implemented within the client, as designed, and assist with any modifications that may be needed to ensure successCreates business cases that demonstrate value to the Customer, show the feasibility of the services solution, including timelinesThe Ideal â??Youâ?:

Provide support to Sales Teams for the following elements Solution Consultant Remit Knowledge of TNS product and solution capabilities for payment solutionsSupport Sales presentations and meetings with new and existing customers Provide and maintain regular contact with TNS' customers Provide support for customer responses to RFP's/RFI'sKnowledge of TNS' customer base and the Payment market for the relevant country and regionAdvise and recommend products and solutions relevant to a given customerProduction of technical proposals for Sales opportunitiesProduction of cost models for Sales opportunitiesProduction of technical requirements for internal delivery teamsRevenue Targets and Generation
