PI in EMEA is a 400m business across 2 main franchises:
Vascular and Interventional Oncology and Embolization.
It strives for category leadership in all its markets and drives profitable revenue growth above Market.
It continues to invest in new products thru R and D or Acquisitions to sustain its leadership in the Peripheral business and capture growth and market share.
The Northern cluster consists of UK, France, Belgium and the Nordics and contributes around 30 of the EMEA revenues with an organization of more than 70 people.
The Cluster FP and A manager plays a critical Finance business partner role to support the Cluster Leadership team in developing and executing the business strategy.

Purpose Statement
The Cluster FP and A acts as primary critical business partner related to Planning, Management Reporting and Financial Analysis to the Cluster Divisional Leadership and PI FP and A Director.
They will be a member of the C
luster Leadership Team in developing and executing the business strategy.
They will be a key member of the EMEA PI Finance organization, and report to the PI EMEA Finance Director.
Key responsibilities
The role is a great opportunity to get exposure to the PI business environment while supporting the Sales and Marketing management teams to achieve their business goals and P and L objectives, while coordinating with the local finance and accounting teams.

Act asprimary business partner to the Cluster Leadership and Divisional FP and A Leadershipfor all Financial Planning and Analysis activities within the Northern Cluster:
Advise in setting appropriately challenging objectivesfor Regional/Country performance;Accompany the Cluster Leader to some of the Country Business Reviewsand Plan Reviews to provide key financial support, Participate in the Regional Quarterly Business Review;Co:
ordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process; Advise the Cluster Leaders, Country management and regional FP and A teams in resource allocation decisions so as to optimize the Countrys performance;Setting appropriate financial targets; Linking strategies and tactics to financial objectives.

propose action and recovery plans in case of sales shortfall.
Drive productivity initiatives to improve the profitability of the Business Unit.

Responsible for leading compliancewith quarterly budgeting calendar and guidelines, monthly and quarterly business reviews and quarterly plan reviews:
