Introduction The InformationSecurity GRC Manager is pivotal in overseeing company-wide informationsecurity activities.
This role ensures the effectiveness of InformationSecurity Management System (ISMS) activities, governs informationsecurity risk processes, and leads compliance efforts.
Additionally, the InformationSecurity GRC Manager acts as the primary liaison for informationsecurity audits and providing leadership in the development and management of informationsecurity policies and procedures.

InformationSecurity Management System (ISMS) activities and lead the ISMS team Govern informationsecurity risk processes and activities throughout the organization Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to informationsecurity governance, risk management, and compliance Communicate regularly with senior management to report on the status of informationsecurity initiatives and compliance efforts Manage and develop informationsecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of informationsecurity practices with business objectives Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on informationsecurity best practices and compliance requirements Develop and implement initiatives to increase security awareness among employees, providing training, resources, and ongoing communication to promote a culture of vigilance and responsibility in safeguarding sensitive information Act as the main focal point for informationsecurity audits from external parties and certification authorities ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Conduct internal security audits to assess the effectiveness of security controls and identify areas for improvement Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes to continuously improve the organization's security posture Ensure product security and product compliancy Provide support on compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and contractual commitments Lead coordinator for security incident responses (including regarding streamlined external communication) What you should ideally bring:
Bachelor's degree in InformationSecurity, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred At least 8 years of experience Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA are highly desirable Extensive experience in informationsecurity governance, risk management, and compliance Practical experience with common cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001/2/3, NIST, CIS Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and product architecture Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies Experience in developing and implementing security standards, procedures, and controls Familiarity with GRC tools and processes for automating and monitoring informationsecurity controls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and technical teams Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor team members Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while adhering to deadlines and regulatory requirements Airties has a zero tolerance to discrimination policy.
