ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Secretary-General to oversee key organisational functions.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will coordinate and manage strategic planning, governance, and internal communication matters while driving initiatives to enhance our organisational effectiveness.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's strategic goals and initiatives.

Governance Support:

Assist with the functioning of the board of directors, including preparing agendas, organising meetings, and ensuring governance compliance.

Internal Communication:

Serve as a central communication point, preparing official communications, reports, and statements within the organisation.

Coordination:

Coordinate activities and initiatives across departments or units, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Project Management:

Lead or oversee special projects or initiatives, involving cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment.

Policy Development:

Develop and implement internal policies and procedures, aligning with legal requirements and best practices.

Crisis Management:

Respond to organisational crises or challenges, providing leadership and coordination.

IS THIS FOR YOU? Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a senior coordination / chief-of-staff role, preferably within a multinational organisation.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Fluency in English is essential, with working knowledge of additional languages a plus.

Experience working in a global environment and managing geographically dispersed teams.
