Responsibilities:
Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets from sources like blockchain transactions, financial markets, and customer data using statistical techniques and visualization tools to identify patterns and insights.
Developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries for data accuracy and efficiency, and performing statistical data analysis.
Using Python to design and implement advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to support strategic decisions.
Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Documenting data analysis processes, methodologies, and results for effective communication.
Working with stakeholders to identify needs, report outputs, and support decision-making.
Staying updated with industry trends in data analysis, blockchain, and finance to improve our data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.
English B2+ proficiency and experience communicating in international teams.
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Experience with Tableau data visualization.
Self-motivated, analytical, and curious to uncover insights and demonstrate data-driven value.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent organization and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for analytics and problem-solving.
Proficiency in English and Russian, written and verbal.
Nice to have:
Experience with Vertica or similar columnar databases.
Experience in blockchain or finance domains.
Familiarity with forecasting data in Python or R.
Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes in Apache Airflow.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
Experience developing ML models.
