We’re looking for a SeniorCreativeProjectLead to take charge of complex creativeprojects from concept to delivery across animation, video, and primarily
- design.
You’ll lead the project lifecycle—strategising with clients, guiding creative teams, and ensuring our work consistently delivers both impact and excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage multi-disciplinary creativeprojects across design, animation and video content
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, owning communications and timelines
Translate briefs into actionable plans, balancing creative vision with production realities
Collaborate with creative directors, animators, designers, and producers to bring concepts to life
Oversee timelines, resources, budgets, and quality control
Drive internal alignment across departments, keeping teams on track and projects moving smoothly
Mentor and guide junior team members in process and creative thinking
Present and pitch creative ideas and solutions with confidence and clarity
Requirements
5+ years experience in a creative agency or production environment, ideally in a seniorproject management or producer role
Deep understanding of animation and video production workflows
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, and Adobe Creative Suite
Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Work on high-impact projects across Australia and Indonesia
