The five (5) requirements to apply for this position are:
Substantive skills:
Strong aptitude for critical thinking.
Excellent drafting and research skills.
Ability to present arguments clearly and coherently.
Attention to detail.
Good management skills.
Hearing experience with oral argument and witness examinations is a plus.
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in international arbitration at a leading arbitration law firm.
Languages:
English (native or native-like) a must.
French, Russian and/or Spanish are a plus.
Motivation:
Conscientious, eager to produce high-quality work, and committed to self-improvement.
Work permit:
For the Paris office, a valid permit to work in France.
For the Dubai office, the firm will sponsor the visa.
Admission to the Bar of a EU State is a plus, but not required, for a position in the Paris office.
Admission to a Bar in a major arbitral jurisdiction is a strong plus.
