The Role:
Responsible for implementing and training our new customers in France.
Have happily onboarded customers and as many as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding, training, and implementation of Anchanto's Software Products for various customers.
Be available for every implementation planned with the customers either onsite or remotely.
Through customer visits, demos, and meetings, gain a deep understanding of customers' needs and processes to submit corresponding change requests to the engineering team.
Align client expectations with the capabilities of our products.
Prepare and improve on implementation documents and training materials.
Work on software configuration and data import if required as part of the implementation process.
Handhold customers until they get comfortable with our software.
Coordinate and resolve any tech or integration-specific issues that are observed.
During the nursery phase, analyze and respond to issues or queries raised by the customer.
Support smooth transition of customer from nursery to run phase.
Work with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to onboarding.
Maintain product expertise of all the solutions and use it to help support and R&D team solve the most challenging issues.
Essential Requirements:
Fluent in both English and French.
Experience in SaaS eCommerce technology or supply chain/fulfillment ERP products.
Experience in logistics, order fulfillment, and warehousing domain.
Must have knowledge of either:
Fulfillment and Warehouse solutions (e.g., WMS product)
or Parcel shipping solutions (TMS, parcel tracking)
