Younited Careers

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead deployment and optimization of ML/AI models across various use cases, including credit scoring, document analysis, and generative AI.


You will shape best practices, develop tools, and promote ML engineering excellence within and outside the organization.

1. Model Deployment and Optimization:
   
   
   Lead deployment in production, automate inference pipelines, and improve performance.


2. Infrastructure and Tools Development:
   
   
   Build and maintain scalable ML platforms (MLOps), develop CI/CD solutions, optimize GCP resources.


3. Governance and Best Practices:
   
   
   Establish and enforce best practices, ensure model security, traceability, and documentation.


4. Knowledge Sharing and Innovation:
   
   
   Share insights, lead workshops, stay updated on ML advancements.

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.


• 5+ years experience in Machine Learning Engineering, deploying production ML systems.


• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).


• Deep knowledge of GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions).


• Proficiency in MLOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, model registry).


• Experience with generative AI and large-scale models.


• Strong documentation and communication skills.


• Strategic, proactive, autonomous, collaborative, and business-oriented mindset.
