The acquisition of key brands as defined with the department Category Management.
Negotiation of purchasing plans according to seasonal priorities and category development priorities.
Search for new brands and product ranges, especially in the beauty and health industry.
Optimization of promotional and media offers.
Organize competitive bidding for certain product families, in order to generate purchasing synergies either at national or European level Harmonization of assortments across subsidiaries Supply chain optimization Improve purchasing and contractual conditions during annual negotiations Strengthen partnerships with existing suppliers Ensure that assortments are correctly set up in databases and on site, in close collaboration with satellite departments About you:
Multiple years of relevant work experience in a procurement role within a fast-growing and very dynamic setting (preferably e-com) At least 5 years experience in a negotiating role.
First experience of team management Professional experience in pharma and beauty is a must.
Experience in the veterinarian industry would be an extra bonus Experienced in applying insights and KPIs to strengthen a buyer's position and to drive market share growth and revenue Fluent English and French communication and negotiation skills.
German is a plus.
Close connection to similar businesses, strong network.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proactive approach, driven to find solutions during challenges and negotiations.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
