Role Description We are in search of a foundational engineer to spearhead our technological vision, combining Web2 and Web3 elements to create a seamless user interface where the complexities of Web3 are elegantly integrated and seemingly disappear.
This role offers the chance to build our technological infrastructure from the ground up and significantly influence the future trajectory of our organization.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization's open-source philosophy.
Oversee the development and deployment of all software and technology systems.
Build and nurture an open-source community.
Collaborate with executive team members to define and execute the strategic plan.
We are looking for someone who has Proven experience building systems from scratch and a successful technology leadership track record.
A deep passion for open-source, decentralization, and meritocracy.
A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver products in a methodical and phased approach.
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale an engineering team effectively.
Expertise in Web3 technologies, including DAOs, and a solid understanding of Web2 technologies.
Experience converting static HTML/CSS pages to React front-end.
DevOps What is a plus Prior contributions to open-source projects.
Prior participation in DAOs.
Experience in early-stage startup environments.
