As part of our efforts to develop a robust follow-up and progress reporting of our all people related initiatives and processes, we are looking to hire an HR Project Manager Data Management Key Mission Your key mission consists of actively leading and supporting the transformation of Aperam's Global Human Resources Organisation into a data-driven organisation using the new CSRD requirements as a strategic opportunity.

You will achieve this by managing a Global Programme that involves HR managers and specialists in several regions and countries, and that requires a close operation with internal and external IT specialists.

Your focus will be on working with the different stakeholders and internal/external suppliers to set up reporting systems, using our Global HRIS System (Oracle HCM) as a key source, but also tapping into local systems.

You will become the key owner of HR data management processes and tools at global level, you will manage the future developments and roadmaps around the management and reporting of HR data, including development of ESS and MSS functionality to maintain core data.

Stakeholders Your role requires working with very different stakeholders located in different countries and organisations:

The Aperam IT organisation as a key partner and internal supplier, combined with outsourced technical support specialists The Global HR COEs covering C&B, L&D, Staffing, responsible for data governance and definitions The Local HR Teams responsible for accurately updating local HR systems and the global HRIS.

The Global Finance Team focused on the follow-up of the labor cost evolution The Aperam CSRD project team consisting of representatives from the different Support Functions in Aperam Key responsibilities Manage the HR CSRD project at global level.

Ensure key people data are consistently reported by the different (often local) data providers, ensure local HR is trained to ensure data processes and definitions are consistent.

Highlight any red flags and risks in terms of data accuracy and consistency and address these directly with the respective local or global HR owners Develop a monthly dashboard of added-value HR KPIs:

from competency planning, over development planning, internal and external recruitment, employee engagement to attrition analysis .

Provide meaningful analysis and push for awareness of the importance of data in the wider HR community.

Assist managers in becoming autonomous in managing and understanding key people data for their teams.

Understand the system workflows and architecture underlying our reporting systems:

Oracle HCM and HR PowerBI, develop a future IT roadmap together with the IT team and support of external specialists.

Discuss with key managers to understand people KPIs required to make sound business decisions Formulate HR Business requirements to IT teams while showing a strategic understanding of Human Resources Management in a global company that consists of at least 5 different businesses Active learn about our business and company culture Positioning in the organisation The role is part of a small team of 4 contributors reporting to the Manager of the Global HR Process Office Expected Role Evolution The role offers various career evolution opportunities, within the global HR organisation, or into similar roles in Finance, IT or other Support Functions that face similar challenges.

Future career opportunities can be in Luxemburg (HQ), in another European country or in Brazil where the company has a large operation as well.

Your profile Higher education in Human Resources, Economy, or related fields.

Strong analytical and abstraction skills, ability to understand system architecture and process flows, ability to detect trends through a large volume of data Very strong affinity with Human Resources as a profession, Data Management and Reporting and IT tools (HR IS and specific reporting tools).

Experience managing international HR projects Excellent communication and training skills.

Ability to manage projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Fluent in English (spoken and written), very good French (spoken), knowledge of any of the following languages is considered an asset:

Portuguese, German, Dutch.
