As part of our Digital Engineering expansion, we are strengthening our Delivery team and recruiting a Senior Project Manager responsible for managing fixed-price projects related to connectivity (core network/deployment of 4G-5G).

Under the guidance of the Delivery Head, you will play a key role within our Delivery organization, aiming to be a true partner in our clients' digital transformations and growth acceleration.

• Be the main contact point for our clients and the project coordination team within a defined scope;


• Ensure the successful execution and performance of our Digital Engineering services, maintaining client satisfaction (cost, quality, deadlines);


• Build trust-based relationships with our partners and industrial clients;


• Develop transformation and industrialization roadmaps aligned with client expectations;


• Guarantee mutual commitments between Capgemini Engineering and its clients, including contract management and risk control;


• Contribute to bid phases within the assigned scope;


• Ensure the capitalization of know-how and skills on completed projects.

• Higher education (Bac +3/5) with at least 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in a complex environment, ideally in an industrial or IT services setting, managing fixed-price or service center projects;


• Knowledge of core network deployments and 4G/5G infrastructure is essential;


• Experience managing teams of at least 30 people, nationally and offshore, with multi-country interfacing capabilities;


• Ability to manage multi-million euro budgets;


• Proficiency in technical English;


• Soft skills including communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, and intrapersonal skills such as positivity, ethics, time and stress management, confidence, and resilience.
