About the job and main responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to participate in the design and construction of major Waste-to-Energy Plants projects.


You will be responsible for managing all major stages of creating or revamping a waste-to-energy plant.

In the design phase, you will coordinate internal and external technical studies, participate in project definition, and oversee consultations and technical alignments with dedicated buyers until orders are placed.


You will then manage monitoring of the work, support your teams (including management of execution and resolution of malfunctions), up to commissioning tests and acceptance of structures.

As a project conductor, you will carry out some tasks, assume responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality of deliverables, ensure contract compliance and defense, and coordinate involved parties and interfaces with clients (internal and external).

• Coordinate and oversee the project team.


• Set objectives for the team and partners (architects, project management, companies).


• Ensure resource availability:
  
  
  prepare budgets, assign teams, etc.

• Follow up on customer and supplier relationships.


• Ensure compliance with and defense of the contract.

• Ensure cost, quality, and schedule compliance.


• Monitor schedule, manage risks and opportunities, and alert as needed.


• Oversee project performance indicators:
  
  
  budget, resources, deadlines.

• Ensure application of contractual and regulatory standards, especially regarding quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental impact.


• Report to the Achievements Department and General Management, ensuring objectives are met.


• Guarantee proper contract and amendment application, resolve disputes.

• Degree in engineering or related field (process, civil engineering, energy, etc.).


• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project or industrial site manager.


• Experience in energy, oil & gas, waste treatment, project management, or general contracting companies.

Location:


Based in La Seyne sur Mer, with travel to the site, increasing during the works phase.
