PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support the development of business in Europe West by assisting Customers (OE, Distributors and End Users) on all commercial and technical aspects within a designated geographic territory or, by nature of customers.
Drive sales growth through account management, new business development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
:
Develop business plan for each customer account, subject to be reviewed by the supervisor.
:
Plan how to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets.
:
Support sales management and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.
:
Manage all company interactions with assigned customers.
:
Handle all commercial negotiations with customers.
:
Search for new business opportunities, develops and executes a customer service plan to achieve sales profitability and growth.
:
Provide direction for Timken activities related to all new channels' development, sales and product promotions, collateral materials, trade shows, marketing communication, services development for customers and markets assigned.
:
Develop strong communication and planning linkages with the appropriate global sales force, other industry segments and production plants, to ensure accomplishment of business plans and customer sales objectives.
:
Participate in special projects/programs as assigned such as training, communication sessions within or outside of the company as well as major promotions, new product launches, new marketing initiatives.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
:
Master's degree in Business and/or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in industry.
:
Ability to influence across the matrix organization and drive alignment.

Project management and problem:

French, professional English
