You will work within the Customer Success team to provide application support to our clients across the UK and Europe.

You will work primarily in the first line support role, working to triage and analyse tickets and then either resolve or escalate them onto the appropriate teams.

Attractive remuneration based on experience A long-standing, recognised presence in Europe for over 10 years A fast-growing international group with future opportunities for mobility (Australia, UK, France, Belgium) Your Responsibilities Triage newly raised support tickets, ensuring we have enough information to troubleshoot customer queries and issues.

Analyse and resolve new tickets using a combination of your technical ability and product training.

Maintain ticket queues, keeping tickets up to date with progress.

Raise product issues to internal development and quality assurance teams, ensuring defects are correctly understood and result in appropriate resolutions.

Support and maintain internal knowledge base documentation, ensuring knowledge is shared effectively.

Support customer communications regarding system maintenance, incident information etc.

Participate in the team On Call duty.

Your Skills and Knowledge 5 years in an application support role Strong capacity for technical analysis and troubleshooting, understanding of the business and its transcription into our eZ-Ops solution.

A keen interest in customer relations
- you must have excellent interpersonal skills.

A desire to provide solutions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A keen interest in energy markets, a knowledge of these markets is a plus.

Knowledge/experience of customer support team standards and processes is a plus.

English French it's not a problem for you Fluency in another language is a plus.
